The inspiration behind Soul Fam stems from personal experiences, particularly my journey as a conscious mom traveling through Costa Rica and Bali. Faced with the challenge of finding eco-friendly options like disposable biodegradable diapers, I made sure to pack cloth diapers for our travels. The stark reality that a standard disposable diaper can take up to 500 years to decompose weighs heavily on my mind. I wanted to minimize my family’s environmental footprint, not add to it, and I knew I wasn’t alone in this mindset.
